I used Ecco boots for decades. No longer made. Sought suitable replacement & went with this pair. Good thus far in terms of comfort but toe & arch areas too soft. Toe edging (sides) needs more protection. Laces up tightly and stays that way. Is molding to my foot very well. Need more time w this boot.

Bought expressly to use in winter weather but feels comfortable enough to use for trail hiking. The shoes seem solid and well-constructed but are lighter than they look. Hope they are as durable as they look.
